How much does shipping cost?

Australia & NZ

We offer free standard shipping on Australian and New Zealand orders over $100. Use discount code AUS100 or NZ100 respectively.

For Australian orders under $100, there will be a flat rate fee of $12.

For New Zealand orders under $100, there will be a flat rate fee of $15.

Express post is priced at $15 within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL 

International orders are shipped with Australia Post with a flat rate fee of $25.

We offer free international shipping on orders over $200. Use discount code INT200.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

It is unlikely however, possible that your local customs authorities can include import duties and taxes when your parcel is received into your country. These rates vary depending on the nature of the goods and the location of import. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. 

Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

When will my parcel arrive?

We always work to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Your order will be picked and packed within a day of purchase.

All packages will be delivered to your address between 8am – 5pm. 

For domestic standard orders, your parcel will be delivered within 3-4 working days depending on location. 

For domestic express orders you can expect your parcel in 2-3 days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES

UK and Europe  estimated at 10-14 days

New Zealand  estimated at 7 days.

USA and Asia Pacific  estimated at 10-14 days

You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch, so you can track your parcels journey to you.

Delays experienced by shipping couriers, credit card verification processes, customs holds, holidays & other external third parties are outside of our control.

 How can I track my parcel?

You will receive an order tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order on the AusPost website.

I haven’t received my tracking number – what should I do?

Please check the spam folder of your email account – it may be in there.

Otherwise, please contact – classique11info@gmail.com if you do not receive a tracking number.
